| Open Sea Exhibit @ Monterey Bay Aquarium |
Click Here to watch the open sea web cam at the Monterey Bay Aquarium from 7 am to 7 pm Pacific time. The open sea exhibit contains a diverse group of animals found in the Pacific ocean including sharks, sea turtles, sunfish and blue-fin tuna.
Currently there is a juvenile Great White shark in the open sea exhibit, only the sixth to be on display in the Aquarium's history. Occasionally he glides by the web-camera. Eventually he will be returned to the ocean but for now he is helping to educate visitors and the public, promoting awareness of threats to these apex predators in the wild.
